Venture Development Intern

Join our team as a Venture Development Intern and play a key role in driving daily operations, supporting sales and marketing, conducting market research, collaborating with leadership, leading your own initiatives, and contributing to recruiting and organizational development. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic startup environment.

• Drive daily operations and take on hands-on operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
• Conduct market research to analyze markets, identify trends, and generate insights for product development.
• You have a strong track record – analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high degree of independence set you apart
• You’re highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to take real responsibility
• First practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy, or investment banking is a strong plus
• Advanced Bachelor’s student, in your gap year, Master’s student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements
• You communicate clearly and effectively – both in German and English
