About The Role
Join our team as a Product Manager for Fintech & Payments. In this role, you will own core financial products that drive usage, revenue, and profitability. You will lead product development for tuition payments and other provider-facing financial tools, grow total payments volume, product adoption, and net revenue, and improve provider NPS while reducing friction across the billing experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, and data to ship features weekly and engage with providers to turn insights into product decisions. - Lead product development for tuition payments and other provider-facing financial tools, driving usage, revenue, and profitability.
- Grow total payments volume, product adoption, and net revenue while improving provider NPS and reducing friction across the billing experience.
- Work end-to-end with engineering, design, and data to ship features weekly, using modeling, experimentation, and data to drive prioritization and iteration.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong product instincts, a builder’s mindset, and a clear focus on measurable business impact
- Bias toward outcomes — knows how to set and hit aggressive goals
- Experience with payments, fintech, or in a high-bar finance role (e.g., investing, banking)
- Strong analytical thinking; can model impact and drive decisions with data (SQL or similar is a plus)
- Proven track record of delivering 0→1 products that generate measurable financial results
- Based in San Francisco, with the ability to work in-office 3–5 days/week
- Extreme ownership and urgency — ships fast, iterates constantly, and fixes broken experiences
- Strong product judgment and an instinct for what users want
- Interest in small business empowerment, with a preference for those who’ve built or supported business owners
- Background as a software engineer or ability to work deeply with engineering teams
