Technology Supplier & Contract Manager - 12 Month FTC

Join the Financial Times, a leading global news organization, as a Technology Supplier & Contract Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management, governance, and commercial oversight of our strategic technology suppliers. You will work closely with various departments to strengthen supplier relationships, improve governance, manage risk, and identify opportunities to optimize commercial performance. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

• Manage the day-to-day operational performance of strategic technology suppliers and service providers, ensuring they meet contractual commitments and service levels.
• Develop and maintain supplier governance frameworks, performance scorecards, and service review processes to drive continuous service improvement.
• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, security, and compliance risks across the supplier portfolio, and manage the operational lifecycle of technology contracts.
