Senior Data Scientist (Revenue Analytics)

Join our Revenue Analytics team as a Senior Data Scientist. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize revenue strategies, and improve our quantitative analysis techniques. You will also own and refine existing data pipelines, set the standard for analytical thinking, and embed AI into our workflow. Candidates must have expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github, as well as a passion for AI tools and a collaborative team spirit.

• Independently lead cross-functional teams to influence and implement revenue-driving initiatives.
• Own and identify innovative strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition throughout the entire revenue waterfall.
• Lead the charge in improving quantitative analysis techniques to better influence audiences on strategic direction.

• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github
• Standout written and verbal communication skills who excels at sharing data insights to audiences of all backgrounds

• Intellectually curious, willing to think beyond just the revenue organization and prioritize what is best for the business holistically
• Excited and passionate about the new AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) and eager to learn how that can help improve our day-to-day efficiency
• Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics or similar quantitative field
• Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player
• 5+ years experience in data science and/or consulting with strong emphasis on breaking down business problems into data driven impact
