Senior Fullstack Engineer

Join Midi, a healthcare startup focused on improving women's healthcare experiences. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and owning full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operational products. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, write scalable code, contribute to architecture decisions, and help teammates grow through code review and pairing. • Conduire des projets significatifs depuis le brainstorming initial jusqu'à l'architecture, l'exécution, le déploiement et l'itération.
• Concevoir, construire et posséder des fonctionnalités full-stack de bout en bout pour les produits destinés aux patients, aux cliniciens et aux opérations.

• Strong hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack — we use Django/DRF and React/Next.js, but equivalent experience is fine
• Strong written and verbal communicator; collaborates well with non-engineering stakeholders

• Good mentorship instincts — you share context generously and help peers grow through code review and pairing
• Seasoned at system design: you can take an ambiguous product problem and produce a clean, pragmatic architecture
• Solid command of AI coding tools; comfortable adopting and applying the workflows the team converges on
• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale
• Experience in healthcare, EHR integrations, or other regulated domains
• Prior consumer-facing startup experience
