About The Role

Join LogicGate as the Vice President of GTM Operations, where you will lead our RevOps team and oversee the technology, processes, and data that power our go-to-market motion. You will design scalable systems, pioneer a comprehensive AI program, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role requires strong relationship-building and influence skills, as you will partner closely with teams at all levels across the organization.

  • Lead and manage the RevOps team, overseeing technology, processes, and data that power the go-to-market motion.
  • Design scalable systems and workflows to support growth, and pioneer a comprehensive AI program to enhance revenue teams.
  • Act as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring alignment on goals and processes.
  • LogicGate is looking for a strategic, analytical, and AI-forward Vice President of GTM Operations to assess, build, and lead our next phase of growth across our go-to-market (GTM) operations
  • If you are passionate about eliminating silos, leveraging artificial intelligence to drive sales efficiency, and building infrastructure that can scale 10x, this is the role for you
  • Proven track record of taking a company through a significant growth phase
  • A natural collaborator who excels at navigating multi-stakeholder environments and aligning varying departmental priorities around core business values
  • 10+ years of progressive operations experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a track record of leading scaling teams
  • Project management skills and ability to navigate multiple priorities and complex projects
  • Skilled at relationship building and influencing across departments and audiences
  • Deep technical mastery over territory modeling, commission plan design, and complex data architecture across CRM and BI platforms
  • Strategic partnership with the executive team and exceptional ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex data narratives clearly to C-suite executives and Board members
  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience with modern AI tools in a sales/GTM environment
  • Ideal candidate is based in Chicago with a hybrid role. Remote candidates will be considered
