Insights Analyst

You will work closely with the marketing team to create data-driven narratives, support Pave's data products, and evangelize Pave's compensation community. • Exceptional data manipulation skills with a proficiency in SQL and python
• Communication and Data Storytelling: Your analyses regularly result in new initiatives, product features, and metrics movement
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally in a customer-facing capacity
• Marketing Mindset: You’ve been a core contributor in using data or metrics for marketing, storytelling, and growth
• Experience with compensation and labor market data (or willingness to learn)
• Experience with data tools like dbt, Hex, Claude code
• Experience building customer-facing data products
