Senior Software Engineer (Product)

• Conduire des projets et construire des fonctionnalités qui sont à la pointe de l'intelligence en matière de compensation.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit et Design pour expédier des fonctionnalités utilisées quotidiennement par les équipes de compensation.
• Influencer les décisions de conception au sein de l'équipe, encadrer d'autres ingénieurs et amener les gens à travers un raisonnement clair.
• Technical leadership: you influence design decisions across the team, mentor other engineers, and bring people along through clear reasoning
• Strong product intuition: you translate customer needs and feedback into sound technical decisions, and know when to move fast versus invest in robust architecture
• Execution-driven mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments and ship thoughtful solutions without overengineering
• Nice to have: experience at a B2B SaaS company, especially during a period of rapid growth or platform expansion
• 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience, ideally with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js, including experience building data-intensive applications
• Proven ability to break ambiguous, complex problems into concrete milestones and drive them to completion with minimal oversight
