Contribuer à des projets et à la construction de fonctionnalités qui sont à la pointe de l'intelligence en matière de compensation.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Design pour expédier des fonctionnalités utilisées quotidiennement par les équipes de compensation.
Participer à un environnement de travail dynamique, en itérant en fonction des retours directs des clients et en prenant en charge votre travail de bout en bout.
A collaborative style: you work well with PMs, designers, and other engineers, and communicate clearly about tradeoffs
Comfort working in ambiguity: you can take a rough problem statement and turn it into a shipped feature
2+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience, ideally with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js, including experience building data-intensive applications
Solid product instincts: you think about the customer's problem first, and use that to guide your technical approach
Execution-driven mindset: you bias toward shipping and iterating over long design cycles
Nice to have: experience at a B2B SaaS company, especially during a period of rapid growth
