Sales Engineer (NorthCentral)

Join our team as a Sales Engineer in the NorthCentral region, where you will be the technical lead for the sales team, focusing on solving complex security challenges for prospective customers. Your mission will be to drive successful product evaluations and provide expert technical guidance to secure new business within the regional market. You will bridge the gap between technical functionality and strategic business value, ensuring high customer satisfaction and deal closure. This role requires a minimum of 40% travel.

• Dirigir evaluaciones de productos exitosas y proporcionar orientación técnica experta para asegurar nuevos negocios en el mercado regional.
• Ejecutar demostraciones de productos y gestionar compromisos de prueba de valor (POV) para cumplir con los criterios de éxito del cliente.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to both C-suite executives and end-user technical teams
• Professional experience selling software solutions to Fortune 500 enterprises
• Technical background in internet security principles, including networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and routers
• Multiple years of professional experience specifically in a Sales Engineering role within the software industry
• Working knowledge of cloud security principles and vulnerability management frameworks
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security technologies such as AV, EDR, and Next-gen AV
• Experience using or implementing APIs within a security infrastructure
• Proficiency with scripting languages, specifically Python, for technical solutioning
• Technical understanding of application-layer protocols including HTTP and SMTP
