About The Role

Join SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, as a Senior Test Engineer. In this role, you will support new projects from feasibility testing to qualification, ensuring product reliability and compliance with regulations. You will also work on testing improvement initiatives and collaborate with suppliers. This position is based in Suzhou, China.

Verifying and qualifying the design to ensure the reliability of the product, and ensuring the test process goes smoothly.
Managing projects and following up on test failures, including reporting, analysis, and communication with the team.
Implementing the company's Quality Plan at the Suzhou Lab, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
