Social Media Executive, Nordics

Join SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, as a Social Media Executive for the Nordic market. In this role, you will drive the delivery of Ninja Kitchen's influencer strategy, manage influencer activity end to end, and shape how Ninja shows up in culture across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. You will also be responsible for social media management, content creation, and community management. This is an opportunity to take real ownership within a best-in-class influencer team and make a visible impact on one of the world's most exciting kitchen brands.

• Proactively identify, assess, and recommend creators across platforms across the Nordic region, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Lead fee negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines, working closely with Legal and Procurement where required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and their agents, acting as a trusted brand partner.
