Lead Robotics Application (Detroit)

As the leader of the US Applications Engineering team, you will be responsible for deployment execution, production reliability, building playbooks and standards, customer-facing technical leadership, team leadership, and field feedback loop. You will work closely with teams in Paris, the US, and Japan, and your work will directly impact deployments in factories worldwide.

• Lead the commissioning and rollout of robotics applications at customer sites, ensuring a smooth transition from installation to stable production.
• Own escalations, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes in collaboration with engineering to ensure production reliability.
• Build and implement repeatable deployment processes, checklists, documentation, and training for internal teams and partners.

### 🔎 **Required Skills**

• A minimum of 6 years as a field-based robotics or machine vision application engineer.
• Solid experience coding in **Python.**
• Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other teams within the company.
• Experience in Industrial Automation, Automotive industrial manufacturing, Computer Vision or similar is a plus
