Robotics Application Engineer (Poland)

Join Inbolt, a leading robotics company, as a Robotics Application Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying our solutions in customers' factories, managing client projects, overseeing product installations, and addressing customer feedback. You will need to be based in Poland, fluent in Polish and English, and willing to travel extensively. A background in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment is required, along with solid Python programming skills and experience programming industrial robots.

• Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with clients, managing customer demonstrations, client projects, and technological developments.
• Overseeing the on-site installation of products, training customer teams, and deploying and monitoring production systems.
• Diagnosing, investigating, and addressing customer feedback regarding the use of Inbolt products.

### Requirement

• Based in Poland
• Fluent Polish, professional working English
• Willingness to travel extensively (valid passport required)
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment
• Solid Python programming skills
• Experience programming industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, UR, or equivalent)
• Comfortable with project management and computer vision fundamentals
• High standards for code quality and stability
• Strong problem-solving skills; background in deep-tech / manufacturing is a plus
