Join Pigment, an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform. As a Global Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution. You will work closely with the Head of People and have a significant impact on attracting and retaining talent.

Upgrade and enhance the Compensation & Benefits strategy to attract and retain talent, benchmarking against best-in-class Tech companies.
Manage the equity attribution process and ensure the competitiveness of benefits while aligning with Pigment's strategy.
Automate and optimize Compensation & Benefits processes, campaigns, and workflows, and participate in global projects such as budget definition and forecasts.
