Data Engineer (Growth Team)

Join Pigment, an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform. As a Data Engineer on the Growth Team, you will design and build data models, develop internal web applications, lead the development of an AI intelligence layer, and drive architectural decisions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape the team's long-term technical vision.

• Design and build data models to transform raw data into reliable, business-ready datasets powering tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other internal systems.
• Develop and enhance our internal web application (FastAPI/React) to enable teams to access, explore, and act on data seamlessly.
• Lead the development of Newton, our in-house GTM AI intelligence layer and chatbot, built on the OpenAI Agent SDK with a modular tool-based architecture.
