About The Role

Join Pigment, an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform. As a Growth Manager (GTM Engineer), you will design, build, and scale AI-first GTM systems, and directly contribute to pipeline generation in the US market. This hybrid role involves 70% GTM engineering and AI automation, and 30% pipeline ownership and outbound experimentation. You will operate at the intersection of builder, operator, and PM, turning manual GTM best practices into scalable, repeatable systems.
