Cash Applications Analyst

• Support the cash application process, ensuring timely cash collection and strong working capital.
• Identify and drive process and automation improvements, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Billing, AR, and GTM to resolve issues, ensuring a great customer experience.
• High level of curiosity to understand Rokt and the factors which drive our cash position
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and an ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance
• High level of interest in AI and desire to build automated processes
• Strong communication skills; comfortable having constructive conversations with customers and internal stakeholders
