About The Role

Join Rokt, a leading technology company, as the Revenue & Billing Operations Lead. In this critical role, you will pioneer Rokt's Billing Assurance and Support function, driving AI-first processes to support rapid growth and public company readiness. You will build and lead a high-performing team, collaborate across teams, and maintain effective SOX controls.   • Oversee all mission-critical operational processes and drive AI-First processes to support rapid growth and public company readiness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to scale with Rokt’s growth.
  • Collaborate across teams and use deep knowledge of systems and automation to transform how we serve and support our customers.
  • The ideal candidate has a customer-first focus, with deep operational experience in a rapidly growing and evolving environment, the ability to lean deep into processes and drive AI-first solutions, and communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams in GTM, RPD, Legal and Accounting to drive Revenue at scale
  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing high-performance teams and creating alignment through clear priorities and KPIs
  • Creative solution-led approach with the ability to assess complex situations that require you to consider multiple perspectives, such as financial, operational, and strategic angles
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience developing leaders and teams
  • Proven track record of maintaining financial operations and controls with precision and rigor
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical capability and a pragmatic approach to business is a must
  • At least 8 years in operational accounting roles. Experience at a public company is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes, controls, and financial systems in dynamic organizations by harnessing emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of international operations and global complexity, including experience entering new markets
  • Outstanding executive presence, communication skills, and ability to quickly build strong rapport with leaders and influence collaborators
  • Knowledge of international operations and global billing complexity, including multi-currency and cross-border invoicing
  • Experience at a publicly traded company or in a pre-IPO environment preparing for public company readiness
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools for process automation, data reconciliation, or anomaly detection
  • Background in adtech, ecommerce, or marketplace billing models
