Head of Accounting Ops

• Direct the global General Ledger function, providing strategic oversight to a high-potential team and ensuring professional development.
• Act as the primary champion for an AI-First mindset, identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions for anomaly detection, automated reconciliations, and predictive "close" processes.
• Define and execute a best-in-class monthly, quarterly and year-end close process, implementing rigorous internal controls and AI-enhanced audit trails.
• The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a rapidly growing and evolving environment with the ability to lean deep into processes and communicate clearly and effectively with executive leadership
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership and team management roles; 2-4 years of public accounting experience preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent professional designation
• An Operational Architect: You possess a deep understanding of the foundational processes of an accounting team and are energized by building AI-First repeatable, automated, and scalable processes
• Experience managing the accounting month-end close with extensive use of automation
• Curious live-long learner ready to look around the corners and own outcomes with a desire to harness the power of AI
• System knowledge and AI and Automation skills are a must as we transform how we serve our customers and develop our employees
• Experience in a global enterprise and experience in International Accounting is a plus
