About The Role
Join Rokt, a rapidly scaling global company, as a Staff Attorney. In this role, you will be a key advisor to Rokt's commercial and operational teams, helping to scale responsibly while unlocking impact. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, provide commercially astute counsel, and partner with various teams to streamline processes. - Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements with customers and suppliers, including SaaS, ecommerce, ad-tech/mar-tech, data processing, licensing, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide commercially astute counsel to Rokt’s global go-to-market, product, and partnerships teams, balancing risk with business velocity.
- Partner with Finance, People, and Operations to streamline contracting processes and accelerate deal flow, including through automation and CLM (Ironclad) optimization.
- This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving, data-rich environments, can partner closely with commercial teams, and has the judgment to balance speed with risk
- Strong project management skills; thrive handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Good at simplifying complexity—clear, concise legal drafting and advice is your superpower
- JD with strong academic credentials; admitted to practice in the US
- We welcome both entry-level attorneys and attorneys with relevant prior experience; experience or demonstrated exposure to commercial contracting, technology transactions, ecommerce, ad-tech, mar-tech, or other high-growth technology environments is a plus, but not required
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders across geographies and levels
- High degree of initiative, sound judgment
- Comfortable negotiating complex commercial and data-related agreements
- Experience implementing or managing CLM systems (Ironclad preferred) a strong plus
- Extremely comfortable using AI and agentic AI to solve complex problems and automate more routine ones
