Account Executive (SME and Mid-Market)

• Gestionar el proceso de ventas completo, desde la realización de demostraciones hasta la negociación y el cierre de acuerdos.
• Identificar y establecer relaciones con clientes de pequeñas y medianas empresas (SME) y del mercado medio, impulsando las ventas y fomentando relaciones a largo plazo.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo de negocios (BDR) para garantizar una transición fluida y maximizar las oportunidades de pipeline.
• Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments
• A passion for customer-centric solutions and building meaningful relationships
• Passionate about building meaningful relationships, you deliver value to customers through every step of the sales process
• You’re an ambitious and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a high-velocity environment
• 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in a start-up saas environment, with a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from demos to close
• Familiarity with customer procurement cycles, including security reviews, legal redlining, and executive pricing negotiations
• Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms
• Strong self-management and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment
