About The Role

Join our team as an Operations Engineer, where you will design and implement automation for lead routing, qualification, follow-ups, forecasting, and reporting. You will integrate various platforms, ensure data integrity, enable the sales team, drive insights, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.   • Design and implement automation for lead routing, qualification, follow-ups, forecasting, and reporting to eliminate manual work.
  • Connect CRM, marketing, product, billing, and support systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain high data quality across systems, resolving inconsistencies and improving reliability for reporting and forecasting.
  • You’re comfortable working across teams, diving into CRM configurations, building integrations, and using data to drive clarity and efficiency
  • You enjoy turning messy, manual sales processes into scalable, reliable workflows

  • CRM Expertise – Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred) or similar platforms, including workflows and reporting
  • Systems Thinking – Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions while debugging complex operational issues
  • Automation & Integration Skills – Experience building automations and connecting systems using APIs, webhooks, or no/low-code tools (Make, n8n...)
  • Analytical Mindset – Strong ability to work with data, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights
  • Strong Communication – Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate across teams
  • Sales Operations or RevOps Experience – 3+ years working with sales systems, CRM platforms, or revenue operations
  • Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments
  • Prompt engineering skills
