Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Optimize front-end performance and make fundamental architectural decisions to enhance the overall quality of the codebase.
Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team.

Solid communication and responsiveness skills
Experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks (React)Empathy
Practical knowledge of testing, continuous delivery, and version control systems

Expert knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Have 6+ years of development experience in a fast-paces start-up environment
Ability to work autonomously and finding a way out of being stuck
Experience working with Typescript
Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms
Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments
