Business Analyst Performance, Talent, D&I

Join Pernod Ricard, a global leader in the wine and spirits industry, as a Business Analyst for Performance, Talent, and D&I. In this role, you will be part of the HR Tech team and play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement and evolution of our HR technology solutions, particularly focusing on Workday. You will be responsible for functional analysis, requirements documentation, backlog functional contribution, collaboration with configuration specialists, testing and quality assurance, and support and continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products within our agile organization.

• Analyser et affiner les besoins collectés par le Product Owner, et les traduire en user stories, critères d'acceptation, règles métier et flux de processus fonctionnels.
• Préparer des User Stories détaillées et testables pour alimenter le backlog de l'équipe, et diriger le raffinement des éléments fonctionnels avec le PO et l'équipe de développement.
• Participer à toutes les cérémonies Agile, fournir des mises à jour sur le travail fonctionnel pendant le sprint, et soutenir l'équipe de configuration avec des conseils fonctionnels continus.
