CDD 6 mois - Global Marketing Legal Counsel

Join Pernod Ricard, a global leader in the wine and spirits industry, as a Global Marketing Legal Counsel. In this role, you will provide legal support for brand marketing and innovation functions, including contracts, brand and product claims, and marketing projects. You will also manage external legal service providers and contribute to special projects, communication and training, record-keeping, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

• Fournir un soutien juridique sur tous les contrats liés au marketing de la marque, y compris les parrainages, les événements, l'acquisition de talents, les collaborations, la licence de marque, l'engagement d'agences.
• Conseiller sur les exigences légales concernant les revendications de marque et de produit sur les emballages et/ou dans les supports marketing, y compris l'utilisation des indications géographiques.
• Fournir un soutien juridique dans le cadre de projets de marketing et d'innovation de la marque, et gérer les prestataires de services juridiques externes pour garantir des services de haute qualité.
