Change Management Intern

Join our Change Management team as a Change Management Intern. You will support the deployment of change management initiatives and contribute to selected program management activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in a large-scale ERP transformation program, exposure to change management and program governance topics, and the development of skills in communication, coordination, and project management. The position is based in Paris and may require occasional travel.

• Support the Change Management team in deploying change management initiatives and contribute to selected program management activities.
• Assist in preparing and disseminating project communications, maintaining collaboration platforms, and creating communication materials.
• Contribute to program planning and milestone tracking, handle documentation storage, and update project dashboards.
