You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and support the development of the Target Operating Model. • Conduire la livraison du programme de bout en bout et la transformation opérationnelle au sein des unités de marque Gold et Crystal, en veillant à ce que le programme LEAP dans l'unité Gold soit sur la bonne voie pour sa mise en œuvre.
• Posséder le plan de programme intégré de l'unité Gold pour LEAP, suivre les jalons, gérer les dépendances et maintenir un chemin critique clair jusqu'à la mise en œuvre.
