Senior Legal Counsel - Global Litigation

Join Pernod Ricard, a leading company in the wine and spirits industry, as a Senior Legal Counsel - Global Litigation. Based in central Paris, you will provide strategic legal support and oversight for significant litigation, arbitration, and contentious matters. You will coordinate major disputes, develop litigation strategies, and maintain the Group's litigation governance framework. This role requires 8+ years of experience in international dispute resolution and excellent communication skills in English and French.

• Act as the central legal coordinator for significant litigation, arbitration, and contentious matters involving Group Affiliates.
• Provide strategic legal advice and litigation support to affiliates and management entities on high-risk and business-critical disputes and investigations.
• Coordinate and oversee M&A-related litigation and contentious matters, including disputes arising from transactions, integrations, divestments, or post-closing claims.
