Accounting Lead M/F/Mx

Join Trustpair, an automated vendor validation platform that protects enterprise companies from vendor fraud. As the Accounting Lead, you will take full ownership of our accounting perimeter across our group entities (France + US), lead the monthly closing cycle, manage day-to-day accounting, produce statutory financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting policies, optimize accounting workflows, and contribute to ERP implementation. This is a hybrid role based in Paris with a clear growth path as the company expands internationally.

• Lead and coordinate the monthly closing cycle across the finance team to deliver reviewed P&L and Balance Sheet reports within a J+7 deadline.
• Take hands-on ownership of day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, ledger reconciliations) and manage monthly provisions and cut-offs across our FR and US entities.
• Produce semi-annual and annual statutory financial statements, coordinating directly with local accounting firms and external auditors.
