Join Trustpair, an automated vendor validation platform that protects enterprise companies from vendor fraud. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of B2B enterprise clients, leading the customer journey from onboarding to advocacy. This role offers meaningful autonomy and clear business impact, with success measured through retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various teams to deliver a strong customer experience and represent the voice of the customer.
