About The Role

Join Maki, an AI hiring platform trusted by global enterprises. As the BDR Manager, you will own the BDR generated pipeline, manage the team end to end, and build the AI native BDR stack. You will report to the Head of Demand Generation and partner daily with Sales leadership.

Ownership of the BDR generated pipeline, including managing the team end to end: hiring, ramp, coaching, performance, comp, tooling, sequences, account allocation, and the weekly number.
Rebuilding outbound around a sharper ICP and a stronger account list, cutting what isn't working, doubling down on what is, and shipping a sequencing playbook that any new BDR can land a meeting with.
Building the AI native BDR stack, choosing the tooling, killing the bloat, and wiring AI into research, sequencing, call review, and rep enablement.
