Implementation Intern

Your responsibilities will include client implementation support, client relationship management, feedback analysis, process optimization, and contributing to strategic projects. • Support client implementation by helping clients define candidate journeys, monitor impact, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain frequent and structured interactions with clients to ensure they get value from Maki, contributing to client relationship management.
• Collect, organize, and share client feedback with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
