IT Workplace Intern (Final year)

Join Maki as an IT Workplace Intern and contribute to the design and operation of our workplace IT. You'll define and maintain IT workplace processes, handle support requests, set up macOS laptops, and build automation to improve efficiency. This role is ideal for those finishing their studies in IT or Computer Science, with a foundational understanding of operating systems and networking.

• Defining and maintaining IT workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Handling support requests across hardware, software, and network issues, and seeing them through to resolution.
• Setting up macOS laptops and ensuring the rollout of IT security policies, including patch compliance and access management.
