Senior Sales Development Representative

Join our team as a Senior Sales Development Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to launch your sales career in the rapidly growing enterprise AI market. You'll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and go-to-market leaders, and have a direct path to promotion into a closing role. • Prospect enterprise CX and contact center buyers, run outbound campaigns, and open qualified pipeline.
• Research target accounts, identify buyers worth pursuing, and run cold calls and email campaigns.
• Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline, test outreach against real response data, and keep what works.
• Comfort working onsite and collaborating across sales and marketing
• Real interest in AI and in how enterprise sales actually works
• At least 1 year in an SDR or outbound prospecting role
• Strong cold calling and writing, with messages that sound like a person wrote them
