Business Growth and Partnership Manager

Join our team as a Business Growth and Partnerships Manager, where you will drive the expansion of our business accounts offering across key European markets. Your primary focus will be on building and scaling a partner-led distribution engine, establishing strong relationships with corporate service providers, company formation agents, consulting firms, and legal and accounting partners. You will also engage with local entrepreneurial ecosystems to strengthen our market presence and unlock additional partnership opportunities. This role requires a high level of ownership and autonomy, with a strong focus on execution, long-term relationship building, and measurable results.

• Identifying and building relationships with corporate service providers, law firms, registrators, consulting firms, and key industry influencers to drive a consistent partner-driven pipeline.
• Engaging with relevant fiduciary and industry associations, negotiating sponsorships, and participating in events to secure introductions to strategic partners.
• Planning and organizing events for partners with support from the marketing team to strengthen relationships, generate leads, and enhance brand presence.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience driving partner-led or referral-based client acquisition
• Proven experience in B2B partnerships / business development
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and execution focus
• Experience in event participation and networking within industry ecosystems
• Strong ability to build and manage partner networks (legal, consulting, corporate services)
• Strong stakeholder management skills (partners, clients, internal teams)
• Existing network in European markets
• Experience in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with startup / tech / e-commerce ecosystems
