Business Development Manager - Strategic Accounts (Parcel Lockers)

Join Quadient, a company dedicated to supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey. As a Business Development Manager for Strategic Accounts (Parcel Lockers), you will play a key role in identifying and securing host locations for our parcel locker solutions. This is a national role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, with a minimum of three days per week on the road.

• Identifying and establishing strategic relationships with potential parcel locker locations, including large retail chains and public sector bodies.
• Negotiating commercial agreements with host organizations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful installation and onboarding of parcel locker solutions.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with host organizations, proactively addressing any issues, and providing regular reports on usage and success.

• Self-starter & quick learner with a strong desire to work in high energy environment
• Ability to think creatively and operate independently
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change
• Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce
• Salesforce CRM experience preferable
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
