Software Quality Engineer

As an Intermediate Quality Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of integrations between our Accounts Payable platform and various ERP and accounting systems. This hybrid role involves both manual and automated testing, with a focus on data synchronization and exploratory testing. You will work across a technology stack that includes PHP, TypeScript, and C#/.NET, and be part of a DevOps culture aimed at CI/CD excellence.

• Collaborer avec les équipes de produit et de développement pour comprendre la portée des fonctionnalités et fournir des commentaires sur les solutions.
• Rédiger des cas de test manuels clairs et structurés, effectuer des analyses d'impact pour les tests de régression, d'acceptation, d'intégration, exploratoires et de cas limites.
• Maintenir et contribuer à notre cadre d'automatisation de bout en bout existant en TypeScript. Collaborer avec les développeurs pour identifier les lacunes de test.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing of web applications, desktop software, and third-party service integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting issues across different layers of an application.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Jira for task and bug tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage QA from project kickoff through delivery.
• Strong planning skills, including prioritizing work, estimating test effort, and meeting timelines.
• Comfortable using the Linux command line for daily operations.
• Ability to code in JavaScript/TypeScript or another language such as PHP, C#/.NET, or Python.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Comfortable working in Linux, Windows, or macOS environments.

**Nice to Have**

• Experience testing integrations and dependencies across different services, including data synchronization between systems.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems, or Accounts Payable concepts.
• Basic experience using AI tools to support QA workflows.

**Salary Range:** **$82,000 – $110,000 CAD annually**
