US Operations Associate (Digital Wealth Platform)

In this role, you will manage core operational processes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance key processes. You should have 3-4+ years of business operations experience in financial services, ideally in the investments space. • Gérer les processus opérationnels clés qui alimentent le parcours utilisateur de nos clients, y compris l'intégration des clients, les dépôts/retraits, le trading et la surveillance de l'activité des comptes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour anticiper les besoins futurs de l'entreprise, brainstormer des flux de travail et des cas limites pour opérationnaliser de nouveaux produits.
• Coordonner les efforts des partenaires internes et externes pour enquêter sur les problèmes opérationnels et mettre en œuvre des mesures préventives.
• Have experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes with appropriate controls

• Technical problem-solving skills: Enjoy diving into root causes and breaking down complex problems
• 3-4+ years of business operations experience in financial services, ideally in the investments space handling a mix of asset classes
• Bonus: Proficiency with SQL, Excel and setting up AI workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
