HR Business Partner

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies and support organizational growth.
• Function as a consultant and counselor to key leaders, providing guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve People team processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving
• Experience with shift based teams, engineering and leadership teams required
• Strong judgment and experience coaching senior leaders
• Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, X, etc..)
• Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth organization
• Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in on all projects as needed
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance analysis, solve business problems, and increase productivity. Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting emerging AI technologies in HR are highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to all employees
• Broad experience and knowledge of various aspects of human resource, including employee relations, learning, and performance
• 3-6 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, with majority in the software tech industry; Saas experience preferred
