About The Role

Join Planhat as an Enterprise Technical Deployment Specialist (EMEA). In this role, you will lead complex implementations, integrations, and automations, translating business goals into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure every deployment creates a lasting impact and sets the foundation for growth. You should have 3-5 years of experience in high-performance environments, a curiosity for technology, and a structured, outcome-oriented mindset.

Lead customer deployments by owning the full lifecycle of Planhat implementations, from scoping and design to configuration, integration, and go-live.
Translate business strategy into execution by working with commercial and technical stakeholders to define success and design scalable solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver seamless deployments and continuously improve impact.
You’ve spent 3–5 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting, implementation, RevOps, or a fast-growth SaaS company, where clear thinking and technical problem-solving were the norm
Experience across data, integrations, or automation is advantageous but not required
You combine curiosity with discipline and have a track record of turning complexity into clarity
Collaborative across domains: You move easily between commercial and technical discussions, translating goals into execution without missing detail
Technically curious: You understand how systems connect and data flows. You’re energized by complex problems and finding smarter, faster ways to solve them
Structured and outcome-oriented: You think clearly, communicate simply, and deliver solutions that drive real results
