Business Manager - V.I.E Bruxelles (H/F)

Join our team as a Business Manager in Brussels. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, including client prospecting, organizing and leading client meetings, negotiating with clients and purchasing departments, and responding to RFPs. You will also focus on internal development, identifying and contacting candidates, organizing interviews, and negotiating salary packages. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, some initial experience in business development or recruitment, and be fluent in French and English.

• Développer votre réseau client et prospect par des prospections actives.
• Organiser et diriger des réunions avec les clients pour vendre notre expertise et développer votre portefeuille de projets.
• Identifier et contacter les candidats sur les différents outils de réseau et au sein de vos propres réseaux.

Your profile

• Holder of a master’s degree (from a business school, engineering school or university), ideally with some initial experience in business development or recruitment.
• Motivated by challenges, you enjoy persuading others and building strong relationships.
• Committed and resilient, you possess a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in French and English.
