Marketing & Content Analyst

Join Beloy, a high-growth Insurtech, as a Marketing & Content Analyst. In this creative, hands-on role, you will elevate Beloy's brand presence across various channels, produce high-quality content, manage social media, support PR efforts, and contribute to lead generation initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Design & Marketing Manager and the leadership team, taking ownership of your projects.

• Execute Beloy's content calendar across LinkedIn and other channels, producing high-quality content in various formats.
• Create visuals, graphics, and video content that reflect our brand and messages, and support PR efforts.
• Contribute to lead generation initiatives and track performance, helping to build and maintain Beloy's brand voice consistently.

### **What you will bring**

• Min. **5 years of experience** in a marketing, content, or communications role, in a startup or fast-paced environment. An additional 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus.
• **Fluent in English** (reading, speaking, and **writing**) is **mandatory**.
• Hands-on experience with content creation across social media, like LinkedIn
• Comfortable with design and visual tools (**Figma**, Framer, Adobe Suite or similar)
• Autonomous, organised, and not afraid to take ownership

**Nice to have**

• Video production and motion design experience is a strong plus
• PR experience is a strong plus
