Enterprise Risk Manager

• Contribuer à l'intégration et à l'amélioration continue du processus de gestion des risques d'entreprise (ERM) au sein d'AVEVA.
• Collaborer avec les fonctions commerciales pour identifier les risques clés et développer des stratégies d'atténuation des risques.
• Préparer des rapports sur les risques, coordonner le processus d'évaluation des risques et maintenir le registre des risques du groupe.
• Experience in managing ERM within a comparable global corporate business demonstrating the value of effective risk management
• Experience of presenting to Senior Leadership
• Detailed knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management practices and wider corporate governance frameworks, including the UK Governance Code and PCAOB standards
• Working successfully with and meeting the demands of a wide range of stakeholders
• Self-starter and well organised
• Excellent oral, presentational and written communication skills
• Influencing, persuading and supporting risk management stakeholders
• Contribute to improve risk culture in the organisation
• Challenges the status quo whilst maintaining a strategic mindset
