Global Process Owner (Payroll & Compliance)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data outputs effectively.-Strong time management and organisational skills, in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle)
• Certification in Payroll (e.g., CPP, CIPP) or HR/Finance-related qualifications
• Experience in a multinational organization with complex payroll environments
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
• Experience in leading or supporting projects
