Project Manager (People, 12 -18 Months FTC)

• Lead and manage projects that contribute to transformational change within the People team and the business.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to scope, within budget, and to the required standard.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems, manage risks, and ensure effective communication and change management throughout the project.

• Experience of managing projects within a People Team (HR) environment
• HR professional, with experience of working within an HR team
• Experience of using project management tools and methodologies
• Very strong presentation and organisation skills
• Experience of project managing payroll or other HR systems implementation projects
• Experience of working regionally or globally
• Experience of project managing talent or reward projects
• Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
• Change management experience
• HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 5 or above)
