Senior IT Project Manager

Join AVEVA as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex IT/Finance projects, with a focus on Oracle Fusion solutions. You will lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations, manage a portfolio of large transformation programs and smaller agile initiatives, and ensure project goals align with overall business objectives. This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead project teams in a fast-paced software company environment.

• Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex IT/Finance projects, particularly Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Leading full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across finance and operational modules.
• Managing a portfolio of large transformation programmes and smaller concurrent agile initiatives, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Prince II, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology and documentation (particularly AN100 and MC050 deliverables)
• Exposure to Oracle EPM integrations and MuleSoft (or similar integration platforms)
• Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and using strong people skills
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Procurement, PPM, OTL, RMCS, and Subscription Management
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes and smaller agile initiatives
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in a political environment with senior stakeholders
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion projects as a Project Manager
• Agile certification or advanced delivery experience
• Experience within a software or technology-led organisation
• Experience with e-invoicing solutions (e.g. PEPPOL) and invoice scanning / OCR solutions
• Oracle Cloud certifications
• Strong accounting knowledge or finance background
• Experience with data migration, reporting, and analytics
