Associate Product Manager (New Grad)

• Comprendre et défendre les besoins des utilisateurs, en recueillant les exigences et en clarifiant les objectifs des nouveaux projets.
• Produire des spécifications écrites claires pour toutes les fonctionnalités et les flux d'utilisateurs, en collaborant avec les concepteurs visuels.
• Travailler avec les ingénieurs pour aligner les conceptions techniques et les décisions avec les besoins du produit.
• Highly developed analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills, with proven success applying them independently
• Enthusiasm for tackling tough problems independently, from assessing high-level goals through to perfecting every detail

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with an eye to clarity and conciseness
• Demonstrated technical abilities; some coursework or experience in computer programming and web technologies is preferred
• Exceptionally organized self-starter, efficient and thrives under pressure
• Interest in design thinking; some coursework or experience in UI/UX design is helpful
• Interest in K-12 education! Classroom/teaching experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to make things happen
