Customer Data Specialist

As a Customer Data Specialist, you will support key accounts by providing data-driven insights to optimize IXL's implementation and benefits within schools and districts. You will collaborate with various teams, create custom reports, and develop a deep understanding of IXL's databases. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Support key accounts by providing data-driven insights to optimize IXL's implementation and benefits within schools and districts.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify and fulfill the data requirements of high-priority customers, creating custom reports that effectively communicate IXL's impact.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with various teams to understand reporting needs and prioritize requests effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) is a plus
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a queue of requests independently and make sound decisions aligned with the team and company needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., data analyst, data-driven customer success, or marketing analytics)
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, or a related field
• Experience managing confidential customer data
• Proven analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex data requests into clear reports and visualizations
