Graphic Designer

Join IXL Learning, a leading developer of personalized learning products. As a Graphic Designer, you will create compelling designs for various educational materials and collaborate with multiple departments. You should have at least 2 years of graphic design experience, expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for outstanding design.

• Producing inspired, on-brand designs and concepts for various educational products.
• Creating attractive, compelling designs for a range of materials including brochures, workbooks, and direct mailers.
• Collaborating closely with leaders across different departments to ensure visual consistency and brand identity.
• 2+ years experience in graphic design, with exceptional knowledge in designing for print with high accuracy and delivery
• Proven ability to efficiently manage many simultaneous projects
• Ability to effectively communicate visually, verbally, and in writing
• Experience in processing and prioritizing high-volume design requests
• Expert-level knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in education is a plus!
• BA/BS degree
• Ability to create clean, clutter-free designs that are consistent with our established style
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
